01 General Terms & Conditions

Bot222 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to Bangladesh and all other countries where bot222 operates.

02 Account Register

It is each member's responsibility to register accurately on bot222. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be suspended at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual only One account per person. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration.
• Bot222 may request identity verification at any time for account verification purposes.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

03 Age & Eligibility

Bot222 is an adults-only service. The minimum age to use this platform is 18 Years. Any minor found to have registered or gambled on bot222 will have their account closed and deposited funds will not be returned.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Bot222 is not available in countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Bot222 reserves the right to take necessary measures to protect minors from accessing gaming services.
• Valid identification may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bot222 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket gateways. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bot222 reserves the right to verify and approve any transaction.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, bot222 may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent transactions will be terminated and funds forfeited.
• Bot222 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment gateway's own charges may apply.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Bot222 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that should be read carefully before claiming. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being credited.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.
• Bot222 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior reason.
• Unusual betting patterns detected while using bonus funds will result in the bonus being forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

All members must follow the established rules when placing bets on bot222. If any fraudulent or suspicious betting activity is detected, bot222 reserves the right to void the bets in question.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bot222 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Odds may change during live betting due to server delays; bot222's decision in such cases is final.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bot222's rules.
• Bot222 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any bet.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bot222 platform. Violating these restrictions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Using bot222 for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or breach the security of the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.
• Colluding fraudulently with other members.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward bot222 staff.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform.

08 Responsible Gaming
